Job Summary

Human Resources specialists with FCME is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions related to HR, this is including and not limited to maintaining employment records, recruiting, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to new and existing employees.

In addition, the person will work on new hiring, onboarding and orientation processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs being implemented.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain HR record, develop and update HR policies and guidelines.
Support with hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, interview, select and recruit the right people for the right roles.
Plan and direct the joining, orientation and training process for new employees.
Maintain company document and coordinate renewal process once needed
Support with performance review as needed with team leaders
Manage company / team events
Drafting job descriptions and KPI for the teams
Work with finance team on managing employee’s health insurance policy.
Manage visa renewal process for all FCME partners (UAE and KSA)
Manage employee exit process (cancellations, handover…etc)
Issue letters and salary certificates to FCME partners
Work with company general manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments and to promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

Requirements

Position requires former HR Executive / specialist role with minimum 3 to 5 years experience. Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidate must have strong business acumen knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills. A well-developed pattern of achievements, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity is critical to success in this role. Ability to communicate in Arabic and French in is preferable.
