We are looking to hire a HR Manager who can provide a fantastic experience and support our SME clients across multiple industries across the Middle East.
This is a truly unique opportunity to showcase your HR and Account management skills helping SME's build their HR offerings across the UAE.
This role is perfect for someone who is able to build and develop HR strategies, processes, procedures and has 10+ years of experience within HR.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Be the Face of People Partners to our clients and wider markets.
Deliver World class HR experiences by developing key relationships and delivery simple and easily understandable solutions.
Discover and advise clients on HR strategies to ensure their business is compliant and working in the best possible way.
Wok closely with client to help solve simple and complex HR issues, including contracts, employee relations, terminations procedures and development of policies.
Requirements and skills
10 years - Proven working experience as HR Manager
People oriented and results driven
In-depth Knowledge of the UAE Labour law
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
