Human Resources Business Partner Required in Dubai+

The Candidate must have a OIL&GAS;background or Experience.

As Associate HRBP job duties will vary, but s/he is mainly responsible for helping the company meet its goals through sound human resources management, and to make our Company a better place to work.

Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns, own and manage the relationships with several client group business leaders.

Required:

Proven work experience as HR Specialist / HR Supervisor / Associate HRBP
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Familiarity with a full cycle of recruiting
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
Strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
Team management skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field
Professional HR Certification (PHR or SPHR)

Work Activities

Provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies, and performance management
Support and work with the HRBPs and specialist teams to translate business aligned HR initiatives into tangible deliverables/actions
Provide advice/guidance to business managers to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues (org changes, future skill requirements, succession plans, talent, change management initiatives and plans, etc) whilst ensuring all actions conform to regulatory/ legislative requirements
Assist the HR Business Partner team in implementing HR programs and policies throughout the businesses they support via communications planning, project management, data gathering, and analysis
Provide guidance and counsel to Business line leaders and employees on issues that cannot be accommodated by the HR Service Center due to the nature of the issue or unique business line programs and relationships
Perform issue resolution with HR Services
Build strong, effective working relationships with the managers and employees
Be the key liaison with Comp and Benefits team and collate all Comp and Benefits queries and initiatives
Provide HR advisory and support services to designated business units, including advice and guidance on HR policies and recommendations
