Position: Associate - HR & Admin

Experience - 03 to 05 years

Job Description

Crew Management – Ensure the following is done for all crew within specific timelines & Accuracy

Medical test.
Contracts.
Induction.
BGC.
Grievance management for a respective client/account.
Payroll – Crew payroll inputs.
Managing the entire life Cycle of Crew from onboarding till exit.
Handling office administration
Handling Petty Cash & Office expenses

Note: Immediate joiner are preferable

Salary Range AED 3500 to 6500
