With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the complete employee life cycle across the group in Abu Dhabi - Kizad location in relation to onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, grievance handling, managing location payroll and implementation of HR projects under the guidance from corporate HR and provide administration support in compliance with company policies.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding:

Induction & Orientation of new employees (HR policies, camp policies, HRMS trainings, HR joiner documentations, application of insurance, Ratibi cards, processing IT requests). Maintain petty cash for various staff related payments (New joiners). Monitor employee probation reviews and initiate the completion process.

Payroll:

Monthly payroll closing for the locations, leave salary payment processing-3 intervals, online attendance & overtime processing, HRA advance, food deductions review and updates. Processing of all service and documents requests received on HRMS system. Coordination for payments towards monthly UAE National Pension scheme.

Grievances Handling:

Handling employee grievances on pay & benefits, work environment, Health & Safety etc. Conducts investigation in disputes and reports findings to HR Business Partner.

Disciplinary actions:

Investigations and issuance of warning letters based on company disciplinary policy, aligned with HR Business Partner.

Offboarding:

Handling employee resignations/terminations (Exit interviews, final exit clearance review and approval, end of service processing, visa cancellation requests, flight ticket requests and cancellations of insurance cards).

Performance Management:

Implementation of performance management for locations (Co-ordination, Trainings).

Skills and Qualifications required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivilant experience
3-5 years professional experience in HR at a Generalist level in a major company
Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
Experience in working on HRMS systems
Must have Valid UAE Driving License
