Budget : 54,000(Dirhams).

Key Responsibility:

Employee Relation
Monitor and process implementation : Probation contract, Labor contract, dismissal, transfer, resignation process, liquidation of contracts for employees
Onboarding and offboarding employees Compensation and benefits
Employee Engagement
Performance Management
Rewards and recognition
Compliance
Documentation

Skills required:

2 to 4 years of proven experience in human resources management
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Qualifications

Expertise in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies
Proven experience in overall human resources functions
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
