Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at A1 Properties. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The Human Resource Manager will also provide guidance, assistance and support as required to line managers and employees, be involved in talent management and succession planning, and will be key to maintaining the company culture and to developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a Human Resource management role
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, and compensation and benefits management
Understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements in the United Arab Emirates
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
