Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at TSS Advertising in Dubai. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the human resources function, including recruiting and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR in Dubai and UAE
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus
Professional certification in HR is a plus
