Summary

We are looking for a supportive, positive, and constructive HR Specialist to join our HR team of EMEA Region. This role is key to support the regional Human Resources operations, implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the success of our Business Units (BU).

KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES

1. Managing the recruitment process for open positions of region or BU, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and liaising the feedback. Ensuring compliance with government regulations that apply to hiring practices, including background checks.

2. Providing HR support to business department and employees in case of any issues related to cross department, employee relations or human resources.

3. Managing the global mobility process. Including communicating with home & host country department to clarify the requirement, helping on the visa application and onboarding management of expats, delivering the assignment process and expatriates daily management.

4. Implementing training and development plans based on HR project. Delivering the training management process and outputting training feedback.

5. Developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.

6. Completing and deal with the management requirements which related to Human Resource. Providing HR resolutions to support the business.

7. Conducting or supporting HR related projects cross region, BU, and Product Division.

8. Supporting and delivering the work assigned by line managers.

QUALIFICATION

1. With 3~5 years working experience in Human Resources function, ideally having worked in such a cross culture organization before.

2. Solid knowledge and experience in at least two HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, training, employee relationship, performance management, etc.

3. Better have knowledge or experience of Global Mobility Management.

4. Fully understand local labor law and could deliver in the daily work.

5. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. Fast learner preferred.

6. Proactive and patient with an agile mindset. Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

7. Pleasant personality, humble and down to earth with strong drive to succeed.

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
