Up to 45,000 AED (monthly)

High Commission up to 45% plus an annual 25% profit share bonus

Dubai based, high reward opportunity for a senior 360 business leader to join a new recruitment business to manage their Global finance division.

Open for strategic thinking financial market recruiters with a track record of scaling up through business development. Capable of providing visionary leadership to the organization, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and industry trends.

Remit Objectives

Business Development - Drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and expanding the market presence.
Team Management – Lead, grow and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
Operational Oversight- Ensure efficient and effective operations across all facets of the business, including recruitment processes, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

USPs: The business owners have a pedigree in leading and scaling up recruitment businesses within specific markets. The business includes full infrastructure, autonomy to grow your desk, high commission and a shared profit scheme. You will be paid very well for your success.

Tap into Venture Capital funding to achieve immense, sustained growth within your division. You'll work closely with portfolio partners to model ambitious growth strategies for the highest long-term impact. Work with the business marketeers to execute a marketing plan to promote strong inbound leads through website, social media, advertising and PR strategies.

REMOTE SUMMER working for six weeks during the peak heat of the Dubai.

Requirements: It is essential that you have experience as a high performance 360 financial recruiter within a regional or global capacity, live or will relocate to Dubai and happy with an office-based role. Previous line management, strategic implementation and operational oversight are also prerequisites for this new position.
