Qualifications

Immediately available to join.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) management
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

Responsibilities:

Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Performing employee performance reviews.
