We at are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team here in Dubai:
Job Location: Dubai
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Language: ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY
Salary: Open for Discussion
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring Real Estate Sales Agents on the European market.
They should possess exceptional management skills, Developing and implementing programs that are aligned with the Company's talent priorities.
Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs.
Developing recruitment and internal mobility programs to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external candidates’ roles across all levels.
Analyzing and translating workforce data into talent insights to aid in data-driven decision making on talent.
Managing recruitment assignments from sourcing talent through different platforms.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for 1-3 years.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
