MIRA Real Estate is looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruiting and selection of personnel:
• Development of vacancies and recruitment advertisements.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
• Organizing and maintaining the full cycle of the selection and interview process.
• Testing candidates for employment
• Preparation and registration of employment.
Employee adaptation:
• Development and implementation of an adaptation program for new employees.
• Providing information about the company, policies and procedures.
• Training new employees and introducing them to work.
• Signing employment contracts, internal regulations
• Visa and EID processing.
• Inclusion of an employee in the Corporate Health Insurance group.
• Issuance of SIM cards.
Personnel Management:
• Conducting personnel records in 1C and GOOGLE Tables.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures in the field of personnel management.
• Conducting performance appraisals and reviews.
• Management of employee career development.
• Organization of trainings.
• Maintaining a report on employee performance
Compensation and benefits:
• Management of a package of benefits for employees.
• Solving issues related to wages.
Corporate culture and communications:
• Development and implementation of programs for the development of corporate culture.
• Management of internal communications and communication with employees via What’s app groups/chat.
• Conflict resolution and dispute resolution.
Compliance with laws and regulations:
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and employment laws.
• Developing and updating internal policies and procedures in accordance with UAE legislation.
• Maintaining documentation and reporting in accordance with the requirements of UAE legislation.
