HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Description:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
