HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead the regional HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent.
Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
Ensure compliance with local and regional employment laws and regulations.
Onboarding:

Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific onboarding plans.
Monitor and evaluate the success of the onboarding process, making improvements as needed.
Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:

Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs (twice per year)
Compensation and Benefits:

Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Employee Retention:

Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
Analyze turnover data to identify trends and develop action plans to address retention challenges.
Foster a culture of recognition and continuous improvement to retain top talent.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
HR Analytics and Reporting:

Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE;
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Middle East region.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
