Human Resources Officer Required in Dubai
Compensation range: AED 6,000 to 8,000, commensurate with experience
As an enthusiastic HR Officer, your role will be focused on creating and maintaining a positive work environment by supporting all employees and maintaining records. You will also support in local talent acquisition and employee onboarding to ensure involvement with staff all along their journey.
People Experience
Develop and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Shadow new joiners in their first months and coordinate on probation period review
Manage employee relations, including leaves, ad-hoc support, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Continuously update HR processes and procedures
Coordinate new joiners’ onboarding program with functional dpt. Manager in addition to regional HRBP for onboarding consolidation
Validate HR policies and actions against local labor law and maintain close communication with local legal partner
Talent Acquisition
Perform job analysis with technical manager for junior to intermediate positions to formulate the Job description and list of qualifications in coordination with global TA team
Draft needed job descriptions and post vacancies on our platforms (LinkedIn, Website, and local recruitment websites)
Support global TA team in senior positions where needed
Update regularly our online candidate’s database including recruitment KPIs
Attend university job fairs to represent us as an employer of choice
Payroll and Database Management
Prepare and upload employee contracts in compliance with UAE labor law
Draft and send job offers in coordination with HRBP
Handle the HRIS in terms of employee database and log files to ensure information is up to date (exit, joining, status update, etc..)
Conduct continuous market salary scanning to ensure proper employee retention & proactive planning
Qualifications
BA in HR, Business Management, Psychology, HR, or a relevant field
6 to 8 years of experience as senior HR officer, specialist, or HR executive
Experience within media, PR & communications or advertising is a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS. Office
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and websites (local and international)
Excellent command of Arabic and English
