HR Coordinator Required in Dubai - Dubai

Parisima Talent is hiring for the position of HR Onboarding Coordinator with one of our clients in Dubai.

Position: HR Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5000

Working days: 6 days per week

Job responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Manage the preparation and issuance of offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Collect, verify, and organize required documents from new hires for visa processing and residency applications.
Maintain and update onboarding trackers and employee databases in Excel to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all necessary setups are completed for new hires.
Provide exceptional attention to detail in managing documents, tracking progress, and supporting a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.

Job requirements:

Relevant experience as HR Executive / HR onboarding Executive.
