Job Description:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with school leaders on staffing, and design retention programs to reduce turnover while ensuring equitable compensation.
Establish professional learning communities, deliver training programs, and create career development plans to nurture and prepare staff for leadership roles.
Foster a growth-oriented culture, develop performance management systems aligned with strategic goals, and promote collaboration and innovation.
Align HR strategy with business goals, lead workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee HR functions, utilize HR analytics to improve processes, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of HR experience preferably in educational sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
