Hotel Staff - Dubai

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Staff to join our team. As a member of our hotel staff, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information.
Housekeeping: Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
Food and Beverage Service: Assist in serving food and beverages in dining areas or during events.
Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure their needs are met.
Event Support: Assist in setting up and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
Concierge Services: Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and services.
Communication: Relay messages and information accurately to staff members.
Security: Monitor and ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in records.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Adaptability and teamwork skills.
