We are a craft and chef-driven all-day Mexican restaurant and tortilleria - looking for a head chef with passion and experience in Mexican food, experience managing kitchen depts, busy service, inventory, food wastage/costs, etc. Looking for a candidate with passion and drive, minimum 5 years experience in kitchen leadership role.
