Our client, a French luxury restaurant with an outstanding presence in Europe and the US is opening in Downtown Dubai in early 2023.
We are on the lookout for amazing European hosts, hostesses, cashiers, waiters, and waitresses to be part of their growing, amazing team!

What you will be doing:
The incumbent will be required to have extensive knowledge of the job role and will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make the restaurant their best choice; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arrange for seating; monitor room atmosphere.
Provide information on all aspects of the restaurant’s services and facilities to guests.
Quote accurate waiting times and handle guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures.
In front-of-house areas, greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and answer inquiries before completing requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
May provide clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.
May set up tables with dishes, linen, flatware, et cetera.
Attends to customer’s needs/requests, i.e., refilling beverages, and condiments.
Responsible for the pickup, countdown, and return of cash bank from the miscellaneous count.
Opens register, prepares and completes all paperwork for the restaurant in an organized manner.
Maintains accurate cash balance and handles money in a secure manner according to established standards.
Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-follow up as assigned.
Perform work regularly and predictably with long hours of standing and service.
Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone who:
Possesses a pleasant and positive attitude
Preferably European, bilingual in French and English
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
With excellent grooming standards, flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations, and ability to work in teams and independently
Presently available in the United Arab Emirates
Minimum requirements:
Degree in the relevant area
Experience from working in luxury and upscale restaurants
Knowledge of hospitality service operations and food hygiene regulations
