Requirements:

Language: Can Speak and Write English/Arabic

Experience:

· Prior Restaurant or Hotel Experience is a must

Skills:

· Good in Customer Service

· Professionalism

· High Energy

· Multi-tasking

· Planning

Responsibilities:

· Greet the guest and present them with the Menu

· Answer the phone, using a personalized greeting and can communicate with the guests.

· Take Bookings for the restaurant

· Maintain a Clean Reception Area

· Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.

· Perform Opening and Closing Duties as Needed

· Presentable and well observe basic personal hygiene

Qualifications:

· Must maintain a clean and presentable appearance always. Uniform must be ironed. Finger nails must be neat and clean (cut) hair is preferred to be in ponytail.

· As a Hostess, make sure that the guests will feel welcome, cared for and valued.

· Create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment the Guests enters the establishment.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence

· Able to work in a standing position for long period of time (12 hours duty)

· Must have exceptional grooming habits.
