Hostess Required in Dubai - Dubai

Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive. In this position, you will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized reception area and assist with any guest inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables;
Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times for guests;
Answer phone calls and make reservations;
Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about the restaurant;
Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth service;
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand;
Performing the duties according to the weekly schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

English speaking; Arabic or Russian knowledge is a nice asset;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills;
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred;
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time;
Professional appearance and demeanor;
Ability to work well in a team environment.
