Join the O'Learys Sports Bar Team in Dubai
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and lively environment? O'Learys Sports Bar, located in the heart of Dubai, is currently seeking enthusiastic bartenders to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm welcome for every guest, setting the tone for their experience with us.
Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as coffee.
Focus on upselling and highlighting our promotions to guests.
Handle cash and credit transactions.
Work closely with restaurant colleagues to deliver a fantastic experience to our guests.
Report daily matters and stock balances to the Bar Manager.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol under UAE law.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the bar industry.
Strong knowledge of beers is essential.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or European languages is a plus.
Ability to legally work in the UAE.
Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
