Hostess Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with clients upon arrival and departure.
Express gratitude to clients for their patronage upon their departure.
Engage with customers while they wait for their drink and food orders.
Ensure the hostess area is consistently clean and well-maintained.
Be available to answer phone calls and warmly welcome guests.
Provide assistance to servers with closing procedures at the end of each shift.
Efficiently manage the host book and oversee seating arrangements for clients.
Handle clients in a courteous manner, taking into consideration their reservation status.
Schedule reservations for guests both in person and over the phone.
Communicate any customer-related issues to supervisors or management.

Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to effectively manage inventory.
Competence in replenishing all necessary supplies for guests.
Skill in handling and resolving customer complaints.
Ability to collaborate with other staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Consistent maintenance of cleanliness in the dining room serving stations.
Diplomatic and professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent knowledge of room, restaurant, and bar services.
A proactive approach to addressing all guest service-related issues.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for basic IT tasks

Minimum Qualification:

High School Diploma.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role within a fine-dining restaurant.
Proficiency in using SevenRooms Management Software or similar software for managing alcohol and bookings.
Excellent communication skills in English.
For the Head Hostess role, fluency in Russian is mandatory.
