Head Pizza Chef Required in Dubai
We are looking for a head pizza chef/pizzaiolo for our new restaurant in Dubai Marina. We want a chef who specializes in making pizzas and who has been trained to make real, Italian-style pizzas.
Experience and knowledge about fermentation, hydration, oven temperature is the key for this role.
You need to have atleast 5 years working with pizzas, making them from scratch including the dough.
We will be innovating and creating new recipes so someone who is creative and who can organise and control the kitchen is necessary.
Do not apply if you are not experienced with making authentic Italian pizza.
