Lead the team to maintain a high standard of service
Provide a personalised guest service
Create a memorable experience for the guests
Maintain the high standards of service
Assist with any issues or problems
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
Enjoys coming up with best fit solutions
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
Has strong interpersonal skills
