Job Details
Head-Projects will assume complete responsibility of project execution, commercially, physically and contractually to its logical ends. Figure head of project management team, he will be forward thinker, able planner and have track record in developing, driving and delivering Oil & gas construction projects as Head/VP/Project Director for minimum last 5 years in his total of 20 to 30 years of project experience.
Requirements
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineer PMP Preferred or validated experience Criteria: 20 to 30 Years in Oil & Gas Project Onshore projects (Down Stream-Refineries, Petrochemicals, Upstream-Oil Field-Flow lines-GS/C-etc.) Responsibilities: Project Coordination= Client + PMC - Engineering, Planning, Resource AgreementsFinancial Coordination- with Client -Invoicing, variations, payments receivableswith HQ- Expenditure+ Progress + PaymentsContract Coordination- SOW, Schedule, Resource at Site- Identifying Deviations, Communicating with ClientProject Administration= Site management through Head Construction,Account Mgmt. through Project Accountant,Contract mgmt. through Contract Administrator,Material Coordination through -Project Secretary.Project Mobilization through HQHQIS- Reporting, Audit, CoordinationProject Planning & Control through Planning EngineerComplete Project Management Records Control through Project Secretary
