Job Details
Head-Projects will assume complete responsibility of project execution, commercially, physically and contractually to its logical ends. Figure head of project management team, he will be forward thinker, able planner and have track record in developing, driving and delivering Oil & gas construction projects as Head/VP/Project Director for minimum last 5 years in his total of 20 to 30 years of project experience.
Responsibilities:
Site progress through, Project Managers/ Project Engineers- Explaining SOW and enforcing Individual Job ProfilePre audit of Project Planning Activities by Project Tasking of PM- Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly & DailySite Safety through- Safety EngineersQA/QC- through QC EngineersConstruction Method & Process Statements finalization, Coordinate Welder Qualification, WPS, PQR through Welding Engineers under QC supervision Informing HP for resource needs for next quarter -Welders & fabricators, materialsInforming HP for Project & Construction impending execution Bottlenecks & Solution coordinationIdentifying & Informing deviation to Head ProjectsMotivating project staff to meet challenges ahead Attending Client Progress Meeting with Client PM or PD along with Head ProjectsSafety & Security of Company assetsComplete Site Records Management
Requirements
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineer PMP Preferred or validated experience Criteria 15 to 25 Years in Oil & Gas Project Onshore projects (Down Stream-Refineries, Petrochemicals, Upstream-Oil Field-Flow lines-GS/C-etc.)
