We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef for our next opening in Middle East.

Experience you will need:

Minimum 5 year of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand
Relevant experience in a high-volume, high end kitchen environment and attention to detail
To have excellent knowledge of food preparation, sanitisation principles and nutrition, including working with limitations such as allergies etc.
To hold overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels, keeping them in line with business trends whist maintaining the highest standards of service and quality and adhering to agreed labour budget.
To be responsible for managing all staffing issues within the Kitchen department including rotas, hiring, holiday cover, in-house training, professional development, performance management and day-to-day feedback on performance.
To consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and all other departments.
To have a complete understanding and comply with the Company policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To be friendly, attentive and customer service focused.
It is essential to have a high level of both spoken and written English.
Ability to work under pressure.
