Bartender Required in Dubai

At Roberto's Restaurant & Lounge, we are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Italian culture and cuisine, have excellent customer service abilities, and be able to create unique and visually attractive cocktails and drinks that fit the restaurant's environment and menu.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, such as aperitifs, classic cocktails, and signature cocktails.
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a professional and polite way.
Have a solid understanding of Italian beverages and be able to provide consumer recommendations.
Experiment with different ingredients to make unique and innovative drinks that complement the theme and ambiance of the restaurant.
Keep the bar area clean and orderly, and make sure all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good operating order.
Multitask successfully, handle many drink orders at the same time and operate well under pressure.
Follow all alcohol serving guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Wear proper apparel in accordance with the restaurant's dress policy and present a professional look.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
Good customer service and attention to detail.
Strong beverage service knowledge, especially Italian wines, aperitifs, and cocktails.
Crafting fresh and visually attractive cocktails requires creativity and invention.
Multitasking abilities and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure are required.
Ability to follow all alcohol serving requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service.
