Guest Services Specialist Required in Dubai -

Easy Click HH is a fast-growing provider of fully furnished short term plug & play residential apartments in Dubai. We are currently hiring a Guest Services Administrator to join our team. The role will be a key – player in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Ideally, the candidate should have strong experience in the hospitality/customer service or similar industry. Holiday Homes Experience is an Asset.

THE ROLE

Manage reservations including communicating with residents prior to check- in and assist in check in procedures as required by company guidelines.
Manage DTCM check in /check out/new permits system and register residents accordingly, Update CRM and manage booking calendar & listings in various portals as per Company procedures.
Assist residents with check -out procedures as per company guidelines and reinstate the property to high standards for next resident. Attention to detail & experience in similar industry is critical to this function.
Create and maintain records of documentation as when required for reservation forms/lease contracts/ Ejari etc.
Handling and swiftly resolving all customer issues efficiently during stay in property.
Track & Ensure utilities payments for all properties. Coordinate with all third-party vendors i.e., Laundry/ cleaning/Du/DEWA or any other vendor swiftly and efficiently as and when required.
Maintain & Track inventory for all properties on real time basis.
Upsell company services to potential property owners.
Coordinate/ Support with data to accounting team to update monthly statements.
Third Party Vendor Management & Selection.
Assist with purchasing during furnishings as well ensure all supplies are regularly replenished.
Maintain petty cash for the company.
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to take quick decisions if required.

Smart & Confident Personality /Always Dressed Sharp.
Self-Motivated & Confident
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Prior experience in similar field is an added benefit
Hospitality Industry Experience preferred.
Located in UAE
Proficient in Excel, Word & Computer Savvy
