Key Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, banners, and internal company communications.
Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Design promotional materials for both internal and external events.
Collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the company by ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms and media.
Work closely with the marketing team to create brand-compliant assets for campaigns, including digital advertising, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Perform basic video editing for internal projects, social media content, and promotional videos.
Trim footage, and add simple effects, music, text overlays, and graphics as needed.
Ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and visual standards.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating presentations and internal documents.
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create clean, professional designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and creative thinking.
