Senior Creative Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Creative Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with the business goals and brand values of XA Group and its sister companies. Translate abstract ideas into engaging visual designs
Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials, maintaining a unified and professional brand image
Multichannel Design: Create compelling visuals for a variety of digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, marketing collateral, and more
Innovative Design Solutions: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the table
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with videographer, content, and development teams to create integrated design solutions that drive business objectives
Feedback and Revisions: Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts and materials
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a creative designer, preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment. Preferably with hands-on Animation design
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of creativity and adaptability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of best practices in design for digital and print media
A passion for the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors and an understanding of their visual needs.
