Conceptualize, design, and develop visually stunning email templates that are in line with our brand guidelines and CRM strategies.
Collaborate with the CRM team to create emailers that drive customer engagement and conversions.
Design responsive and mobile-friendly email templates that work across different email clients and devices.
Ensure all email designs comply with best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and user experience.
Develop and maintain a library of reusable email templates and assets.
Remarketing Banner Design:

Design engaging display banners for remarketing and retargeting campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Create dynamic and interactive banner ads that are optimized for performance (CTR, conversions, etc.).
Adapt designs for different ad sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in digital advertising and implement best practices in banner design.
Video Editing for Performance Marketing:

Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content for paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and animation to create engaging video ads that capture attention and drive action.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign goals and create video content that aligns with the marketing funnel and customer journey.
Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms and complies with technical specifications and best practices.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Work:

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and CRM teams to align design efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.
Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on campaign ideas and concepts.
Brand Consistency and Quality Control:

Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and adheres to quality standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and review all design work to ensure it meets project requirements and objectives.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing email designs, digital banners, and video editing projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and understanding of email design best practices.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and user behavior.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
