GENERAL MANAGER ADMINISTRATION Qualification- Management Graduate/Post Graduate, min 10-15 yrs relevant exp, 3-5 yrs as Head of Administration with Construction/Contracting Industry in UAE Area of Expertise- Should have high leadership and management skills, professional knowledge of administration, UAE employment related laws and regulations, immigration law, quantitative analyses required to assess past and future staffing like cost benefit analysis, costs per hire, selection ratios, adverse impact, integrity, human relations handling skills, adding value through people development, strategic thinking capability, influencing, negotiating skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills oral/ written , presentation, computer skills. Planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing the organizations administrative function and performance. Providing effective solutions to administrative business challenges. Providing analyses of budgets, project proposals, and business trends in multiple administration areas. Participating in development of tactical plans and programs for the organization. Share responsibility with line management for the success of the business and the running of the business. Contribute to the long term / strategic organizational issues like people selection, people requirement, people development, organization development, quality of work life etc. Proactively contributes to the change management, people management, team development, new technology introduction etc. Acts as a management consultant on Administration and HR issues working alongside the line managers. Monitors the implementation of HR policies / procedures.
