GENERAL ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Must be CPA

Job Description:
•Manage petty cash of various custodians to ensure validity of expenses, compliance with company
policy and timely replenishment
•Validates invoices from suppliers with proper documentation and approval prior to release of
payment
•Approval of purchase orders to ensure compliance with the budget and specifications
•Billing of invoices to clients and close monitoring of receivables to ensure liquidity and timely
collection as per payment milestones.
•Manage monthly bank reconciliation and credit card transactions
•Manage monthly closing of books to include all necessary adjustments such as revenue and
expense accruals, posting of recurring entries, prepayments and depreciation.
•Manage inventory stock issuances/purchases and reconciliation with physical count
•Checking & Posting of monthly payroll and WPS
•Manage fixed asset lapsing schedule
•Preparation of annual audit requirements such as account schedules and other administrative
requirements
•Preparation and filing of VAT compliance report
