Front Office Intern Required in Dubai - Dubai

As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest information, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
Offer outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests.
Aid in managing room reservations, including handling booking inquiries, modifying existing reservations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations.
Support front office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, answer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate personnel or services.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous but not required.
Fluent in both Russian and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Capability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency in computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to pursuing a career in hospitality.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
