Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, managing receptionist duties, maintaining phone etiquettes and addressing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills and experience in leading a team
Proficient Phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
Ability to oversee and manage receptionist duties such as greeting clients and processing payments
Demonstrated ability to create a positive experience for clients and address customer satisfaction
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
