Front Desk Receptionist Required in Dubai
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our showroom. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. In this role, the ideal candidate must be excellent in customer service and with all regulations related to hospitality. The key responsibilities will include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Welcome all customers to the premises by greeting them as they enter, assist them appropriately to the concerned personnel or seating area, offer refreshments from time to time, etc.
If required, escort the customers to their appropriate destinations and express a high level of hospitality that the customer needs and desires are met.
Provide helpful and inviting environment to customers.
Address all phone and walk in customer’s queries in timely, friendly and efficient manner. Understand the purpose of each call and if & when required forward it to the right person immediately and record the information in the system if required.
Maintain a pleasant and humble personality while dealing with customers, maintain a professional communication at all times.
Ensure the entire showroom is always in a hygienic and organized manner.
Avoid crowd near to the showroom entrance to welcome the customer leaving a good impression.
Analyze and highlight the issues that are not in line with customer service and hospitality in order to fix it.
Greet customers upon leaving.
Monitor and coordinate all activities occurring in the showroom and its various departments to ensure maximum work efficiency and to achieve expected goals of the company. Highlight anything that is necessary to address to the Reporting Personnel.
Ensure the periodic maintenance of the Company premise in coordination with Maintenance team and external vendors & property management.
Assign any new customer walks-in to the Sales team as per the rotation process.
Always check appointment list/system whenever a customer walks-in, to ensure if the customer has an existing profile and which Sales Executive is assisting that customer.
Provide the customer walk-in report on daily basis.
Coordinate with concerned departments upon receiving customer complaints for a timely resolution.
Ensure standard policies on Health & safety are implemented in applicable areas of the showroom.
Regularly inspect the workplace to ensure the safety of employee working environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
