The Qode is currently looking for a dynamic Freelance Graphic Designer to join us!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the relevant team members/clients to determine and understand the scope of the project
Determine the message the design should portray
Brainstorming and presenting ideas with the team on regular basis
Working on range of projects using various softwares to create the desired visuals
Working independently or with content / digital marketing team to produce the desired results
Conceptualize visuals and prepare drafts of animations, illustrations and other designs
Meeting deadlines and budget constraints regarding the projects
Scheduling project implementation based on workload which may include more than one project at a time
Reviewing and identifying flaws and then providing solutions to improve the design as per requirement
Revising the designs after receiving feedback from the team or clients
Ensuring final layouts of motion graphics are visually appealing and on-brand as needed
Desired skills:
1-3 years experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
Proficient in creating animations, motion graphics and gifs for Social Media content
Experience with photo and video editing software (like After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator)
Dependable, punctual and resourceful
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to cope calmly and efficiently under pressure
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing requirements of the client
Good time management, organizational and forward planning skills
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
Sense of humor and interest in luxury are a plus!
