Filipino Receptionist-secretary-admin is required - Dubai

• answer telephone, screen and direct calls, provide information to callers,
• take and relay messages, receive and sort mail and deliveries
• greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination
• deal with queries from the public and customers
• ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• provide general administrative, sales and clerical support, furthermore prepare correspondence and documents
• schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• organize conference and meeting room bookings, co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
• monitor and maintain office equipment ,control inventory relevant to reception area
• issue receipt vouchers to the students in case accountant not available
• Processes a variety of records (e.g. student records, transcripts, tutor lists, guardianship packets,

Note:
Preference will be given to those who have previous experience in training/educational organization.

Basic salary plus healthy commission will be given upon achieving the sales targets.
