Administrative receptionist required for automobile industry - Dubai
Looking for an administrative receptionist, must be organised, presentable & flexible with working hours.
Should have relevant experience in any automobile company as an administrative receptionist that reports to higher management.
Fluent English is a must.
To perform clerical & administrative tasks quickly & accurately.
Should multitask & need to be proactive.
Handling business correspondence in effective manner.
Should have efficient knowledge in MS Office such as outlook, excel, word. Should know basics of Tally ERP9.
Professionally handling telephone lines, fax, email & to provide optimum support to the management.
Education : College Graduate & PG is a plus.
Exp : Management & Administration, Minimum 2 years in same field.
