FEMALE RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We are seeking an organized, highly motivated Receptionist cum admin Assistant to perform a range of day to day office and accounting tasks. The candidate should be on Spouse Visa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Coordinate office activities and operations
2) Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
3) Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
4) Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)
5) Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
6) Well Knowledge of Vehicle Renewal, Fines and Insurance.
7) Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
8)Languages-Malayalam, Hindi,English
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2) Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
3) Comfortable with accounting systems for basic accounts
4) Ability to maintain confidentiality accordingly
5) Excellent attention to detail
6) Strong organizational skills
