CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are Looking for Call Center Agents that meets the following requirements;

- Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 2 years’ experience in call center or customer service.

Job Summary
- Call and book initial patients.
- Answer courteously inbound calls.
- Respond to initial Patient inquiries.
- Having a persuasion techniques and professional way in dealing with patients.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the patients.
- Manage follow up
- Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer
- Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
- Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks.
