Female Nursery Manager and IT Professional Required:

Building Blocks Nursery is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and creative professional to work as a Nursery Manager.

The successful applicant is expected to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the nursery.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• To achieve and maintain high standards of childcare and education
• To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team following EYFS standards
• To ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all time
• To market the nursery effectively to encourage prospective parents via social media, and other related advertising mediums
• To prepare monthly progress report to the Nursery Director

Qualification and experience:

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Education
• With at least 5 years of experience in a related field and well adept in Dubai’s educational system or an international setting
• With good knowledge of health and safety law in running a nursery in the UAE
• With strong people management skills and excellent organization skills
• Flexible, adaptable, optimistic, problem solver, willing to teach and lead a team
• Ability to demonstrate advance skills as a proficient early childhood practitioner

For IT Professional, we need somebody who is Hindi or Tagalog speaking candidate with the following qualifications:

• Has experience in trouble shooting or who can deal with resolving network issues both hardware and software.
• With excellent communication Skills - Able to talk about technology in simple terms
• With a logical mind
• Excellent problem solver with organizational and technical Skills
• Up to date with the latest technology
• Has background in graphics and web designing
