Food People are partnered with a leading food manufacturer in their search for an Export Sales Executive to be based in Dubai, UAE. The Export Sales Executive will be challenged to identify new business opportunities and also drive growth through the current customer base on a global scale.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Export Sales professional to support the current sales team and to identify and pursue new business leads achieving continued growth for the company. You will be directly involved with growing the business clientele and assist in growing their current market share.

To be successful in this role, we need somebody who has a proven track record selling food products on a global scale with the ability to generate new business but also work in partnership with the current customer base to ensure they maximize the overall potential with them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers' needs
Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and genuinely listen to them to create relevant opportunities
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Coordinates with sales leadership on activities to achieve monthly target
Complete understanding of pricing and quotes process
Demonstrated ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision-makers
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share globally
Demonstrates the ability to gather order information and submit detailed information for processing orders
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities in every country
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Proven track record of driving revenue and market share growth with food products on an international level
Must be fluent in English (verbal & written)
Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Proven ability to develop action plans set targets and complete them within deadlines
Must have the ability to determine expectations, measure effectiveness, and enforce quality standards
Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
