Job Description:

Ensure the smooth running operations for all locations, and multiple outside catering events daily
Responsible for staff training, discipline and regular staff assessments and evaluations
Prepare new menus in correspondence with cost targets and Budget
Work to company budgets and identify how and where the operation can be made more efficient and cost effective and profitable
Work to an extremely high standard of both presentation and taste without any exception
Qualifications:

Should have experience in Catering/ fast-paced restaurant environment
At least 5 years of experience in related role
Immediately joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
