We are looking for someone with catering/FB experience to join our team as a catering manager in a school in Dubai.

We are a British run company that provides school catering in a number of schools in Dubai. We have a team of staff in each school in which we operate, a catering manager, supervisor, chef, barista and kitchen staff. Our menus are prepared and cooked fresh daily and served from 7am through to after school activities. We offer a range of catering options inclusive of parent/staff cafes, full canteen service, packed lunches for classrooms and school trips, sub/spud stations, pasta stations, live barbeques and hot/cold meals for early years.

JOB ROLE

9 hours per days

Monitor and assist the staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of preparation and cooking in the kitchen and with and break services and clear down

Assist with cashing up

Liaise with the school regarding the daily catering service and school catering functions

Liaise with the parents regarding queries, menus etc

6 weeks or more holiday to be taken during school summer holiday

Basic health cover if required

Labour card

PIC L3 training provided – 4 days with certificate
