Mission:

Putting the « delight our customer » strategy at the heart of the HR function for the Middle East
Assist and deploy all Employer Branding and EVP strategies within all HR activities
Deploy all employee engagement initiatives for all HQ and retail employees across the GCC
Assist in creating and rolling out all internal communications
Bring the CSR strategy for Sephora Middle East to life by reaching out to entities, working on a plan and launch of different CSR initiatives throughout the year

Reporting to: Employee Experience Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Main Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Engagement

Activate the Sephora EVP in all HR activities across Retail and HQ
Follow and respect the brand codes and guidelines
Assist in deploying all key HR events throughout the year
Support KSA in key initiatives throughout the year related to Employee Engagement and Experience
Assist in rolling out the recognition program for all Sephora Middle East employees by managing the reports, tracking and benefits
Come up with new and innovate ways to deploy any Employee Experience and Engagement initiatives for employees
Manage the official Instagram account with any updates, fun activities, etc. to connect Retail & HQ teams together

Internal Communication

Design and create all internal communications for Sephora ME
Develop FUN and DISRUPTIVE communication tools to engage our Sephorians
Support any new internal communication tool developed by EME team and needs to be implemented in SME
Creatively manage all changes in designs in templates or communications

CSR Campaign

Partner with the NGOs related to empowerment and giving back to the community
Assist in building the CSR annual calendar for Sephora Middle East
Deploy CSR HR actions and initiatives
Engage the Store teams for the most powerful CSR initiatives for our teams.

Administrative Tasks

Manage all reports, analysis and tracking for any HR initiative
Understand and update any guidelines applicable to SME
Process all payments in invoices related to Employee Experience and ensure timely payments to suppliers
Translate whenever necessary any internal communications, documents or guides that will be shared across Sephora Middle East employees

Skills & Experience Requirements:

The successful candidate should have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with 2+ years experience in an HR role, working in medium to large sized organizations. It is essential that they have a passion for people with the ability to think creatively and are self-motivated to work independently.

Most importantly, the Employee Experience Coordinator needs to live and breathe the Sephora Culture, DNA and Employee Value propositions (EVP) with a passion for people and making a difference. They need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Good to have:

Previous experience in Beauty or FMCG is a plus.
